Hello,
Our Netgear R7000 has broken down completely. No webpage is working. When Genie tries to fix the connection I get a popup saying "internetdaemon is trying to get confidential information from your keyring" (I'm on mac) and the option to deny or allow. What is "internetdaemon" and how do I fix this? Anyone?

Hi @Wayne99,
1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. What is the status of the LED's?
3. Are all your devices affected (wired and wireless)?
4. You can try uninstalling the NETGEAR Genie app then reset and reconfigure the router. The links below may help out.
