Is there a way to download the nighthawk app for a desktop?

NH app is ONLY mobile devices.
There is no Nighthawk app for desktops. There is, though, a desktop genie.
Netgear is trying to kill this useful utility, but for the time being you can find it here:

Be warned that the genie installation file is wrapped up in a RAR archive that you have to decompress.

For access Launch a web browser from a device that is connected to your router's network. Enter routerlogin.net or http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar. The router login window displays. Enter the router admin user name and password.
Did you have a fix on this issue? Facing same issue but no response from anyone and couldn't find this topic troubleshooting in google.

as per knowledge The Nighthawk app is mobile only (iOS and Android). So not possible for desktop.
