Log in failed message - R6400
In the app, I select the "log in to manage" option, when it prompts me to enter the admin username and password, every option I try does not work. I've tried the "default" password and that won't even work, and it does not allow me to change the username from "admin". Then it just shows the message, "log in failed"

You can't change the username; it's always admin. The default password is password. If that doesn't work, then you will need to reset the router to factory settings. Push and hold the physical button for about 8 to 10 seconds until all of the lights flash on and off. Then release and wait a few minutes for the router to reboot. Then you should be able to log in. Change the admin password and write it down.
