Model RAX48 - problem with Nighthawk
When I open Nighthawk, I see that the app connects to the router. Then a few seconds later, I get the "Unable to Connect to Router" message. I do not know why this is happening, as it seems to be connected, but this message keeps popping up. Any advice is appreciated.

Are you referring to the Nighthawk app?
What mobile platform are you using? Apple or Android? If apple, disable WiFi Private IP address on the phone:
Ensure Local Network is enabled under the NH app as well:
What FW is loaded on the router?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
