If I uninstall nighthawk then reinstall it will it pickup all devices again?

When you say "nighthawk doesn't display it" do you mean that the devices do not appear in the Nighthawk mobile app in Device Manager as Attached devices?

Sorry, it shows up but not online yet it is.
- Oh ya multiple devices show offline yet the are. Each time you open nighthawk it shows different devices offline. Not always the same ones.
