The issue is Nighthawk displays some devices offline, yet they are corrected as I can control those devices from their app.
There have been far too many reports of Device Manager getting things wrong.
Not sure that I understand what that is saying. You say you can "control those devices from their app". How can you do that if the devices don't show in Device Manager?
You mean that each device has its own apps and you can control if from there?
Can you control them from a web browser and the graphical user interface (GUI) for the MR70?
Then the usual boilerplate questions to eliminate some of the more common issues that crop up here.
What firmware version do you have on the MR70?
A number is more useful than "the latest". There may be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware with an app or in the browser interface.
If there is one it might also help if you told people the make and model number of the modem/gateway/ONT that connects this router to the Internet. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
I ask because a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.
Just another user with time on their hands.

I still have a problem understanding what is going on here.
When you say "nighthawk doesn't display it" do you mean that the devices do not appear in the Nighthawk mobile app in Device Manager as Attached devices?
