Is there any way to connect a My Circle device to this router?  firmware version is V1.2.0.16_1.0.1.

What is a "My Circle device"?

How does it connect to an R6700? Wifi?

The router just spits out a wifi signal. It is then down to the device to make the connection.

So the best place to find advice on how to connect something to a network is to read the support material for the device.

Many wifi devices can use WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) to make a connection. Check that in the various manuals.
