Netgear Genie App is not working on new phone
My Netgear Genie App works great on my computer, as well as on my old Moto X phone. I updated my Motorola phone to a Droid, and after downloading the app, signing in, and accessing the bypass account, my phone is still blocked on filters. When I sign in it says that I am signed in on my bypass account, but I keep getting an Open DNS block. Any suggestions?
Router is WNR2000, phone is Motorola Droid

Hi @aksirmans,
1. Have you tried changing the device filtering level to "None" for the Droid?
2. Does the issue persist on your other devices when logging in to to the same bypass account?
3. What is the firmware version of the router?
4. What is the app version that you have installed?
5. What version of Android does the Droid use?
