Netgear Genie App with WNR2000
I've previously had the Netgear Genie application installed on my computer. Due to a series of hardware failures, I've had to recently re-download it. When I bring up the network map, it shows the following:
Genie ------ router ----------? internet
The line between the Genie and the router is blue. The line between the router and the internet is red. The network map doesn't see my phone which is currently connected to my network.
I also have a Netgear WNDR 3400v2. I installed the genie app on my other computer and ran the network map. It instantly displayed an accurate representation of the network layout, minus the powerline adapters.
The genie app installed on my laptop is the one which is not working. The OS I'm running is Windows 8.1.

Re: Netgear Genie App with WNR2000
Have you unplugged both the router and the cable/ADSL modem and then powered them up again??
