Netgear Genie Authentication Problem

When I use the Netgear Genie app either on my phone or on my laptop I get a incorrect password error. When I log in using a web browser with the same password, no problem at all.

Hi @redb11,

 

Make sure that you are connected to the same network on all of your devices. You may also try to uninstall and reinstall the NETGEAR Genie mobile app and desktop client.
