I've been trying to research a OPEN DNS issue - which is setup / configured correctly but not working across all devices on my network - and wanted to disable Parental controls / set back up again. I can access my router via 192.168.1.1 with no problem and the Windows PC Network Genie is also able to access with no problem. But when I use the PC Network Genie to access Parental controls, I keep getting "identifying your router" - and it eventually times out. I'm on the latest firmware (V1.0.8.34_1.2.15) and can access every other screen in Genie - just not this one. Ironically I can access Parential Controls via my iOS app and can enable / disable - just not with the PC version. What's the issue?
