Netgear wndr3400v3 and setting up open dns for parental controls

I am trying to log in to parental controls using the genie app on iPhone6s. I get the message:"this device appears to be registered with another opendns user."

I am the only owner of this router.
I did not set up an open dns registration with this device (I am trying to... but getting stuck with things like this).

Can you set things up on a PC first? That is usually easier than the genie app.

1. We recommend contacting support via phone first to confirm your registration.

2. Once the device is registered, you can contact OpenDNS to move the registration to your registered email.
