NightHawk app issue on iPhone XR
I downloaded app, installed on my iPhone and setup my new router. I began reinstalling many of my network devices. So, launched the portal to access my router on my Apple laptop. From there I was able to see each new device added and give them each a new name. I was using my phone to make each connection with their respective app. Upon returning to the NightHawk app on my phone it defaulted to the router login page and now I cannot login to the app. I’m used the default “admin” and the same password but no luck. I changed the password several times but no luck. I eventually deleted app from phone, reinstalled and tried again with same results. 🤬

I'm was having the same problem I couldn't get the app to work on an iPad or 2 different iPhone X. I finally found an article and it referenced turning off cellular LTE. I turned off cellular completely along with Bluetooth. Not sure if that was the fix or not but it worked. It was like setting the app the first time.
