Nighthawk APP Not working after power outage?

Hello everyone,

I successfully rewired my other two satellite backhauls today. Initially, everything was working fine with the app. However, after experiencing a power outage, I found that the Nighthawk app stopped working. In the app it keep saying "We Can't find your router"  Additionally, attempts to access the site routerlogin.net were unsuccessful. Despite this, my internet connection remains functional.

 

All components of my mesh WIFI system, including the MR80 and 2 MS80 units, are wired properly. I'm unsure why the app is no longer functioning. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

my latest firmware version is 1.1.7.14

Did you restart the network in the specified order?

 

  • Turn off and unplug modem.
  • Turn off router and computers.
  • Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
  • Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
  • Turn on computers and rest of network.

What modem/ONT/gateway sits between the router and the Internet?

Thank you for responded. I just unplug the Router for 1 min and plug back in, now i was able to connected to the apps.
