Nighthawk App Device Manager does not show any devices R6350

I can no longer see any of devices under the Device Manager on my Nighthawk App. It tells me I have zero devices. I think it may have started after I did the update, but I'm not certain. It says I have version 2.5.0.47? Firmware Version is V1.1.0.66_1.0.1 Is there are way to go back to my previous version? Or how do I get my devices to show back up?

Our engineering team is aware of an issue with the device manager feature not functioning properly on the Nighthawk app and they are currently investigating. In the meantime, please use the web browser to manage your devices.

Works here. Did you refresh the screen?

Your subject says R6350. Where does the Model: AC2100|Nighthawk AC2100 Smart WiFi Router come into this?

@Christian_R This seems to be again a point fix. The many more bugs and issues - requiring major updates on the router and extender firmware for example - are still not addressed. Remember the A...Z, AA... and counting list?
