Nighthawk App and Nighthawk C7000v2

The Nighthawk app I just installed last night on my iPhone can only recognize 15 of the 19 connected devices.  I've tried to delete and reinstall the app, reset the router/modem and nothing is changing the problem.  My firmware on the router is up to date as well.

    Fairly normal for it not to "recognize" what all the devices are. I tend to get frequent "unknown" devices on my network. many of mine are smart home devices or things like older receivers/old devices.

      No I mean it’s not in the list at all. There are 19 devices connected to my router but the app only lists 15 devices. The laptop has a name assigned to it and it’s not visible. At all.
