Nighthawk App (formerly up) not working

Nighthawk app won't login. Firmware up to date. Genie app works ok. Pic included
Model: R7900|Nighthawk X6 AC3000 Tri-Band WiFi Router

When rebooting the router as suggested, can the Nighthawk App login locally?
