Nighthawk App not communicating with RAX43

My Nighthawk App seems to connect to my router (I can get a green dot for local and Anywhere Access connection).

The home screen looks good, Device Manager says 12 devices connected, Parental Controls  Activated but -

If I click through to Parental Controls, all of my profiles are present but if I go into any of them they tell me zero devices on that profile, if I click to Add New Device the app hangs before reporting that it cannot connect to server or "sorry action failed" with a No Devices Found screen when I 'ok' out of the dialogue box.

If instead I click through to Device Manager I eventually get a Could not reach server. CDIL-API-FAIL message.

Both APP and Router Firmware are latest versions, my feeling is that the problem is post the Firmware update but prior to the latest App version but I'm not certain.
