Nighthawk app and setting time limits?

I just bought the R6350 AC1750 router and for the life of me I can't figure out how to set internet time limits using the nighthawk app. I can manually turn devices off and on, but I want to set a bedtime schedule. It's my understanding that it was possible with the app. On the apps page (https://www.netgear.com/home/services/nighthawk-app/), under #4 it has: 

"Smart Parental Controls Easily manage content & time online with Circle® Smart Parental Controls."

How do I get to this feature? My device manager right now is very limited to just off and on. 

Any help is greatly appreciated!

You need to set any scheduling using the routers web page. Not thru the NH app.
