Nighthawk app does not support AX2700 router

My internet provider had a blackout and I had to reset my router. I tried resetting it through my Nighhawk app and it stated that it no longer supported my router and to download the Orbi app. After going through that, the Orbi app stated the same thing. Currently, it doesn’t appear that any Netgear apps support my AX2700 router. What Netgear app do I use to connect to my AX2700 router?

AX2700 is not a model #. What model # product are you referring too? Nighthawk or Orbi.

Nighthawk app is for all Nighthawk branded products. Orbi is only for Orbi branded products.

What mobile device are you using?

I'm a fan of using the browser based method of setup. Tends to go much faster and has more options/details.
