Nighthawk app iOS can’t connect locally

Having issues with the app not connecting locally, but can connect remotely at my house. I think this started after I updated the app. Anyone else experience this?

Yes! My husband and I both are experiencing that on our iPhone X Maxes. Very frustrating. Have we been hacked in some way? Is this a known issue?

What version are you on for the app? I have an iPhone also and it’s on 2.4.16.28

I got working by doing a factory reset in the router and reconfigure.

I guess I’ll have to do a factory reset as well, but that is ridiculous. Why would the app work remotely and not locally? It sounds like a security issue to me. It certainly doesn’t give me confidence in the security of the product or the app.

Hi @johnbrandee and @tiffanylois, are you still experiencing the issue after the suggested step of resetting and re-configuring the router?
