I have downloaded the app and deleted it several times.  I cannot log in and manage or see the router. It keeps asking me to set up my extender.  But from my desktop computer I can see that the router is working correctly.

Hi @Niffster, welcome to the community! Please make sure that your iOS device is connected to the network of the router and that the router is not set to AP mode.
