Nighthawk app log in timed out

Hi, every time I try to log in to my nighthawk app it says log the session timed out. I have reset my router and all of my passwords. I have deleted the app multiple times and even tried logging in to the web browser version and it will still not let me log in. Any advice will be helpful.
