Nighthawk app not working

I may add: Login to the router via a browser works, just not via the Nighthawk app.

Thanks for getting back to the thread with an update. May you tell us what you did to resolve your issue as it may help others in the future.

Sure here's what all I did:
- Powered off, then on, the modem
- Powered off, then on, the router
- Ran the Setup again on the app
One last thing: Apparently, you're required to give the app full-time access to your Location for it to work properly.

The app failed on me again but then I re-did all the steps above and it's working (for now). I think the app is unstable.
