Nighthawk app on iphone not responding

Hi i've just installed my new router. all looking good. however when i open the app on my iphone xr, it doesnt do anything if i press sign into existing account or create a new one. it comes up with a thinking circle for a sec. then goes back to sign in or create new account.

I have hard reset my phone and im on ios 14.2

i went in to settings went to nighthawk app and then trned local network off and on again. that fixed the issue

I’m having the same issue, anyone have response to fix it yet?

Network is setup and working.  iPhone connected to Wifi.  Nighthawk app not working
