Nighthawk app same "firmware not updated" when it is the correct version
I am unable to connect although I have the correct firmware version. Probably an App issue but they need to get this fixed.

Hi JoeM11,
Thanks for confirming. Your device's firmware is up to date and you should be good to go. I'll have the info forwarded to our App Team to look into the Nighthawk app and request for any changes needed.
Regards,
Christian

Cable devices, modems and modem/routers, are mostly beyond your control. Or Netgear's come to that. Only your ISP can update your firmware:
So it is a real puzzle if an app throws up a message like that.

What is not working?
What does "am unable to connect" mean? Is that the problem?
Is it logging into the modem router with the Nighthawk app? Android? iOS?
- JoeM11Mar 11, 2021StariOS...cannot use the App...when “detecting” it then says Firmware out of date although the firmware is up to date...confirmed several times...so it must be a defect in the App that they need to fix.

Thank you for the confirmation. You should be fine to go now that your device's firmware is up to date. I'll share the info to our App Team, who will investigate the Nighthawk app and make any necessary modifications.
- ScopinjFeb 01, 2022InitiateThe app tells me to use routers login.net to update firmware, but there is no way to do so.
