Nighthawk app

Why is it you don't have nighthawk app for desktopp computers which is what i use and also i tried to put it on my cell phone and it wouldn't do it. It said it wasn't compatable so now i can't adjust the router to what i want.

Because it has the genie programme.

If you want the desktop genie for Windows start here:

genie Landing Page | Apps | Discover | Home | NETGEAR

You may have to dismiss an annoying pop-up that tries to push a mobile app down your throat.

You do not need any apps or programs to control your router. Experienced users prefer the browser graphical user interface (GUI).

If you visit the support pages:

Support | NETGEAR

you can feed in your model number and find the documentation for your hardware.

That explains what to do.
