I have Netgear Nighthawk Voice Modem C7100V. I have Genie App on Samsung S8+. I turned on the Remote Access Management on Internet browser. However, when I tried to slide the button on genie app, it said "Does not support Remote Access". Any ideas on how to fix this?

Sorry for bumping up this topic. I am having really trouble to reach support from Netgear.
1. During 8-5 working hours, I am at work. And, the only options I have are my phone and genie app.
2. Tech support asked me to call back when I am at home so they can assist better. However, they don't support after 5pm Same issue applies to Chat Support.
How can I get this issue fix?
This is really frustrating when you made $300 product and unable to get support.
