Parental Controls: Blocking device based on time schedule
There are multiple inactive community discussions dating back several years with people asking for the ability to set time schedules for individual devices (using MAC addresses or whatever). For example, I want to turn off wifi to my kid's device at a certain time of evening on a school night, but not affect all devices. I may want to have a different time schedule for a younger child than an older child. I may want to limit access to wifi at different times of the day. There should be clear, straight-forward solutions to these issues. Here is a response from Netgear from back in 2015:
NETGEAR is working to implement the feature in the near future. You may check the updated FAQs.

Why is this so difficult? Why doesn't Netgear answer this request after so many years?? This should be at the top of the list of any parental feature offered!!

Re: Parental Controls: Blocking device based on time schedule
Same issue here. I bought the damn router based on having the possibility for good parental control.
Guess they are not that into customer needs..
