Parental Controls - Checking Router Firmware

I'm trying to use parental controls on my router. I'm confused because I can still access xvideos on my child's tablet, but the entry shows up as netflix? [Site allowed: 45.57.38.146] from source 1...

Orbi RBR50, firmware v2.1.2.18 (latest version)

I am getting the following message when trying to setup parental controls .

I am using a desktop PC

 

"Checking router firmware. We're making sure you have firmware that supports Live Parental Controls. You don't appear to be connected to the internet. Please connect to the Internet through your NETGEAR router and try again."

I have updated software, uninstalled and reinstalled. 

I can ping and use the network map to see I am connected.

I am writing this on that network.

 

There are dozens of threads that talk about this. 

All Netgear says is

A use Disney.   I DONT WANT TO

B reinstall  I have done that.

 

IS THERE A SOLUTION?
