Parental Controls not working properly

When I try opening the Netgear Genie app, on my iPhone 6, and try clicking on the Parental Controls tab, it asks me for my DNS password and username, I enter it in and then press 'login'. It says 'loading parental controls' and then the app shutsdown and goes back to the homescreen. When I try doing it again it goes back to the homescreen.

The app is probably crashing. The iTunes page for Netgear Genie mentions an email address, netgeargenie@netgear.com, for issues.

In the meantime, you can try installing the desktop Genie program.
