We're making sure you have firmware that supports Live Parental Controls.
You dont appear to be conneted to the internet. Please connect to the internet through your netgear router and try again.

Re: Parental Controls
I think you have a more significant problem on your hands than it might seem - something broke. I have an R7000 with updated firmware and I'm getting the exact same error.

Re: Parental Controls
1. Please uninstalling and re-installing the apps/programs.
2. Please try resetting the router.
3. If the issue persists, please try re-flashing the firmware then reset and reconfigure the router.
4. You can also try installing the previous version of the program linked below.

Flashed the firmware with the latest version and performened a factory reset and reconfigured the router. Not gonna do that again..;-(

Tried it. Same error.
Also tried the Genie MAC client, the Android client and the IOS client. Same story.

Re: Parental Controls
Hi,
I have solved the issue by resetting the router to factory setting and manually reconfigured the router. (this time I did not use the recovery option of my old settings). A lot of work so I hope this does occur frequently ;-(.
Thanks for your support.
Regards,
Johan
