Pause/unpasuing
Using the app I pause a device. When I go to unpause it the screen says “error something went wrong. Please try again” needless to say it doesn’t work. I tried to unplug the router and plug back in and still says the same thing. Would deleting the app do anything? How do I unpause the device

Not sure this is a Nighthawk App issue - much more an interoperability or router firmware problem.
Double check if the same device cane be paused/unpaused (blocked/unblocked) from the Web based Genie. If this is fine, add the firmware version installed on the router and we have to push this problem to Netgear's awareness for test and fix.
