Is there a way i can prevent my iphone from connecting to 5GHz? I want 5GHz exlusively for my Oculus Quest 2.
The only way i've figured out how to even connect to 5GHz with the Quest 2 is to make sure the app automatically selects the best option. I can't find any settings in either the phone app or the online app where i manually can select if i want to use 5GHz or not for a certain device.
Thanks.

You have the R7800?
If so, you can simply disable smart connect and name the ssid's different.
Then you can choose which network to connect to.
You should be able to run the occulus and the iphone on the 5ghz without issues though.
