Re: R6120 Security Menu Missing Access Control
Does that mean that page 39 of the manual is misleading?
R6120 | Product | Support | NETGEAR
"You can use access control to block or allow access of devices to your network. You define access by selecting or specifying the MAC addresses of the wired and WiFi devices that either can access your entire network or are blocked from accessing your entire network."
Or are you trying to do something else?

Yeah the manual is misleading, the option ADVANCED > Security > Access Control. isn't there!!! I have checked the product page and i am currently on the most recent available firmware v1.0.0.16

Re: R6120 Security Menu Missing Access Control
I have seen reports of new firmware depriving people access to some functions.
It is a complicated saga. Sometimes it is down to region settings, but that seems to be for wifi.

Re: R6120 Security Menu Missing Access Control
Yes, it is misleading. Access Control is not available at all ie. have gone through all the menu items available.
Please advise when the next upgrade will be available to turn on this feature.
I use Fiddler to capture the traffic, I manage to get the link to Access Control. But, even I get there, the
Access Control Page is available, but nothing can be done. Fyi.
Thanks.

You'll have to ask the official support people.

Re: R6120 Security Menu Missing Access Control
Hi @Dragonlim,
Please try going to Advanced > Administration > Attached Devices. There should be a link at the top right for the Access Control Settings.
