R6260 Nighthawk app sync names with routerlogin.net

I used to be able to go on my nighthawk app and change/edit the device names. I can go on routerlogin.net and change the names there as long as I leave no spaces. These names do not sync with my app. What can I do? Janice Fjerstad

I called NETGEAR support with the same problem and they don’t have an answer.
They forward this to their tech department so maybe there will be an update.
