(R6400) Devices not detected (locally) and can't pause them...
Hi everyone!
Genie app was fine, then came this Nighthawk thing... Everyday something isn't working! Today, my router lost the wifi. I have no clue how and why. I eventually had to reset the whole thing back to factory settings and set up the connection again. Now the devices aren't showing in the app when I connect localy to the router. When I connect remotely I can see them, but I can't manage the connection (pause\resume). I've deleted the app and re-installed it. Still not working. I'm using the iOS version.
I'm about to throw the whole thing out and go with another product.
