R7000 MAP SYMBOLS

I am trying to identify all IP addresses listed on my map.  Most of them have a box icon with a ? in it. some list the name i.e. apple i phone

but most dont.  I am identifying them with the IP address but I dont understand the ? in the box. it remains even after i modify the name.

It is possible that the device type does not yet have a corresponding icon on the app. You can have this suggested on the Idea Exchange board linked below.
