Hope it works for you. I've since moved to Mac so i no longer use ReadyShare (only for Windows). I guess that permanently solved my problem...and others.

Sorry about that, it was last November when I got the link, so Netgear must have moved it. The person who gave it to me was John, Expert ID: 8312 of NETGEAR L2 Support Expert. If he or any of his colleagues read this, perhaps they can direct you to the current file location. Keep trying, the file does exist. Good luck!
