ReadyShare Vault Service will not run

Installed Windows 10 Fall Update. ReadyShare Vault service [GenieTimelineService.exe] will not run. Faulting module is GSWatcher4.dll.

Have another PC [w/o Windows Fall Update] ReadyShare Vault running okay. Attached file is Windows event log.

Appreciate any feedback.

Regarding your issue, we're well aware of this problem as it has been caused by the latest update of Windows 10. Unfortunately we couldn't solve the issue on the 2016 version. However, our 2017 doesn't have this problem and it can be downloaded from the following link :

1. Have you tried re-installing the program on the computer experiencing the issue?

2. Only the ReadySHARE Vault program that can be downloaded from the official NETGEAR page linked below is supported.

No, as said I downloaded Genie Timeline per thread above. ReadyShareVault will not run on PC with Windows Fall update installed.

i'm having this issue on one of my pc's but not the other Router is R6400, can anyone help?
