Remote Management through OIS Genie app, router not registered
I am trying to set up remote management on an R7000 and am having troubles, I think on Netgear's end.
I logged into the router via the webpage, turned on remote management for any user (I will dial this down once I get it working) and saved the settings. I also made sure my router was registered with Netgear. When I try to log in remotely from Genie on my iPad or iPhone, the list of regsitered devices is blank and I get the message "no router is registered." Any thoughts?
