Router is dead after using Genie app to reboot
I have been having some intermittant internet connectivity issues for a couple of weeks requiring me to restart the router. Tonight after an unplug restart, things still were not working correctly, so I then tried using the reboot router command from the Netgear Genie app on my phone. The router shut down, but never restarted. I see no lights, completely dead.
Here are things I have tried/tested
- unplug the power wait 10 seconds, restore power. Also tried a few minutes and an hour of unplugged time
- I used the power button with power adapter inserted
- I tried the reset button
- I tested the power supply, it has 19v output, as intended.
I'm out of ideas. Hoping someone here can help me

Looks kind of dead.
Still in warranty?
Got a spare power supply you can try?
