Serial number has already been registered
Hello,
My Nighthawk AC1900 R6900 router seems to have become unregistered from my account. Until now I've been using the Genie app to login remotely but now the device does not appear in my list. The router was purchased at Costco brand new. I initially registered it March 18, 2016 and I still have the confirmation email. When I attempt to register the device again on my account I receive the following message "Serial number has already been registered."
I would appreciate your help.

Hi @DesmondHume,
1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Have you tried going through the Remote Login setup again? If not, please check the link below for the steps.

3. Have you tried using another device (Android, iOS, another computer)?

It's working again.
The only thing I did differently was toggle the remote management off (in the router settings), reboot the router, and then toggled remote management back on.
The firmware version at the time of this problem is: V1.0.1.28_1.0.21
which I did not upgrade or change (as there was no upgrade available).
