Unblock a device

I blocked my son's nintendo switch on the app on my phone.  Now I can't find it anywhere on the app to unblock it.

I called support and they are worthless unless I pay them for their support services.   I feel there should be instructions included so I do not have to reach out to a community because they are too cheap to provide the information for free.
