Unknown Device in Armor, but not in Nighthawk Page
Hi. I've got a weird situation where Armor displays a device connected to my network that doesn't appear when I login to my router. My questions are as follows:
1) If I remove the device in Armor, does that just stop armor from looking at it, or am I removing it from my network?
2) Is there any way to tell if it's connected to Wifi or a wired connection?
3) This isn't my device, so how do I get it off my network?
4) Why would this device show up in Armor, but not the router page?
The device that shows up is an
ARRIS SET-TOP BOX
Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: Unknown Device in Armor, but not in Nighthawk Page
Hi @Skunky-One, welcome to the community! Here are some answers to your questions.
1. Removing it will stop Armor from scanning the device.
2. As it stands, there is no indicator to tell if the device is connected via wired or wireless.
As for questions 3 and 4, you may refer a community post linked below where Bitdefender provided a response to the issue.
