WIFI not enabled in Genie

The Genie app shows WIFI "not enabled" although it clearly is. I am running Windows 7 and have Norton 360 installed. Any suggestions to remedy?

    If your computer is a desktop which wired to the router then it is normal that wifi is disabled because the Genie did not detect any wireless adapter on your computer.
