WNDR4700 - Unable to connect to some sites

Hopefully someone can help mp resolve this issue

I have WNDR4700 with V1.0.0.52Comcast Internet and I noticed that some sites failed to load, so I tracert them and it failed on my router

tracert www.serviio.org

Tracing route to serviio.org [5.102.184.26]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms READYSHARE [192.168.1.1]
2 READYSHARE [192.168.1.1] reports: Destination host unreachable.

What is weird that if use my company VPN I have no problem with connection to the same web pages. I blamed router's DNS setting so I changed them to Comcast recommended and then to Google's. Didn't resolve the problem

I almost certain it's not Comcast but something in my settings because when I connect to Xfinity open WiFi that's running in my neighborhood I have no problem with connection

Destination host unreachable indicates a routing problem.  This error seems to be coming from your router, which is a bit unusual because the router should be sending all Internet traffic upstream to your ISP.

Do you have any static routes configured on the router?

Are you blocking any services on the router?

If you go the Advanced settings and click on Connection Status, do you see the default gateway set?

My IP address in Connection Status shown as XX.XXX.XXX.136, my Default Gateway is XX.XXX.XXX.1 all previous digits are the same

Hmm.  Try a factory reset.  Do you have the latest firmware installed?

>Do you have the latest firmware installed?
Yes 1.0.0.52

>Try a factory reset.
Yeah, seems like only thing left to do. Restoring all the setting will be a nightmare.

Thank you for your help!
