cannot connect to the nighthawk app because of an email and phone number change
Hello,
I cannot access my Nighthawk app because it has still my old email and phone number. I updated my info in the website, but apparently it wasn't updated in Nighthawk app.
Nighthawk AC1900 Smart WiFi Router (R7000)

Where did you update the info on the website?
You are using the app for Anywhere Access?
Have you tried setting up another MyNetgear account?

Thank you for your answer:
a) I updated my info on 02/06/23
b) I don't use the app Anywhere Access
c) I didn't try setting up another Netgear account.
I was able to regain access to app by enter a one time password.
