cannot sign in to openDNS account to set-up parental controls using NETGEAR Genie Options c3700
I already read several people having the same problem with genie parental controls in the past but I don't see any solutions yet. Please community let me: Does GENIE parental controls work or not? I got this C3700 cable moden router because of the parental controls!? Do I just need to return it to the store? Thank you.
