Re: connecting to router

My modem is conected to the internet but the router does not connect. It says that the IP address can't be found. I have talked with the internet company but they say they can't do anything.

What modem are you using?

What router do you have?

What firmware is on the router?

Current setup: CM2000-> RBE973S-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/100mbps upload from Xfinity
