device manager orbi app empty

after app update (I think), the device manager empty. however internet works just fine for all devices.

I have RBR40 with firmware version v2.5.1.22 and Orbi app version 2.7.0.28

any suggestion to fix the issue?

Same problem occurs with the Nighthawk iOS app...
